My Name is Christopher Murphy and I own Tri State Disc Jockey Service.
Tri State is a Rhode Island Wedding DJ Service  based in Bristol RI serving all of New England and specializing in weddings and formal events.  Owner Chris Murphy began as a radio DJ in 1982 and has performed on both AM and FM radio as well as night clubs and private parties.

The jump to becoming a wedding DJ and playing at mansions and county clubs came in the early 90’s and became the main stay each year from that point on.  Learning how to play respectable music and still keep the mood fun and entertaining is a special talent that takes years to perfect and thousands of hours of live performance to become a professional.  Recognizing that quality in a DJ is the first step to having a great party.
